1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by Fasterrr Fingerboards, owned by Marco Kehdi, Via Collina 57, 6595 Riazzino, Switzerland. You (“User”) agree to these terms whether using the site personally or on behalf of a business.

2. ORDERS, PAYMENDS AND PRICING

  • Payment: All payments are via PayPal. Orders are processed only after payment is received.

  • High-Risk Transactions: For orders we consider high-risk, we may request a valid ID or recent bank statement.

  • Pricing: We may adjust prices at any time due to costs, supply, promotions, taxes, economic conditions, or currency changes.

  • Minimum Order (Wholesale): 10 products. Contact us for a quotation.

  • Order Limits: We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, account, card, or address.

  • Payment Failures: Orders may be canceled if payment fails or is reversed.

3. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Products: 2–3 weeks; Real Wear Graphic Decks: 3–4 weeks.

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping: Worldwide via Swiss Post Priority + Tracking (check [document] for country-specific info). Not all countries have tracking.

  • Delays / Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, shipping delays, or supplier issues.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Ready-to-Ship Products: Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for loss of value if returned improperly. Proof of purchase required.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Products: No returns or exchanges. Contact us if there’s an issue.

  • Faulty or Damaged Products: If verified, we cover return shipping or provide replacement/refund. Photos and proof required.

5. CUSTOM DESIGN RESPONSIBILITY

By uploading designs, you confirm:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the design.

  • Your design does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

  • You are fully responsible for your design and agree to indemnify Fasterrr Fingerboards and affiliates from any claims or damages.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel designs that violate laws, third-party rights, or our content standards.

6. IINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, graphics, product designs, and branding on this website are owned by Fasterrr Fingerboards.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website or services to:

  • Break any law or encourage others to do so.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.

  • Spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or interfere with the website or Internet.

  • Use the site for obscene or immoral purposes.

Violation may result in termination of access.

8. PRODUCT USE

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fasterrr Fingerboards and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

  • Maximum liability for any claim is $1 or the amount you paid in the month prior to the event, whichever is greater.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect and hold harmless Fasterrr Fingerboards, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your content or designs

  • Your use of the website or services

  • Any intentional misconduct

12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Some website content may contain errors or omissions. We may correct information or cancel orders if content is inaccurate, even after your order. We are not required to update information unless required by law.

14. AGE RESTRICTIONS
